Rytash – It is important to properly care for your ratchet straps. To help prolong the life of your straps, please follow the tips below:
Rytash: Storing Straps
- Make sure straps are dry BEFORE storing
- Always remove webbing from handles when storing
- Wrap webbing around the ratchet and secure it with a rubber band
- Always store your straps in dry storage (inside building or toolbox)
Rytash: Lubricating Ratchets
- To prolong the life of your ratchets, be sure to lubricate ratchets with a dry silicone spray or industrial lubricating oil
- Use lubricant carefully and sparingly
- Avoid spraying lubricant on the webbing
